Not bad, but not what I expected
This product does not come with instructions but is very easy to install. Simply remove the front cover and slide it over it. Then replace. Just put a piece of silicone on top that protects the insert and prevents light from entering the headset, it does NOT increase comfort. Last but not least, and actually a nice touch, they offer a small microfiber cloth. (Update: it doesn't hold up, it keeps falling out. Annoying nonetheless)
