Instructions state to place a fabric covered panel on the bottom of the fabric bin with a lifter attached to this panel on the top of the panel - this underside has no lift (should mean some sort of cloth handle or bottom lifting loop - presumably to allow the outer cloth cover to be folded back up for storage when empty). The velcro cross panels are then attached in the instructions directly to the velcro that is already part of the outer fabric - creating horizontal cross support. But the product came without such panels, so I can't even assemble it. Missing parts - and instructions are imprecise (i.e. the bottom should have a "rise" - it doesn't).
