The platform has an easy-to navigate system that requires minimal time investment for users who are new to their software or using it as part of first implementation effort. It also has great toolkit out there to help you design your own tools if needed - no need for 3rd party addons! If they have more focus towards mobile app development we would love them even more since this feature was one area where Salesforce fell short compared to competitors like Hubspot/Pardot etc. Our main concern during initial engagement phase when our internal team looked at PSABK's product suite were 1) ease & speed of onboarding sales reps into ABUS Platform 2). Mobile App UI /UX which wasn't really good yet but improvements can be made quickly once user feedback comes from customers (this will come up soon enough!).
