I'm 5ft 4" and 145lbs tall (staybody lol) I'm 34", 29" waist and 42" hips. I ordered a medium and the bottoms are too tight on my hips although the coverage is good. Fits my waist perfectly and flattens well. The bodice is too loose and you won't believe it without straps.
