It would be nice if the people you work with in the customer service/warranty department could at least fake a good attitude! The lady I spoke to had a heavy accent and every time I asked her something to make sure I understood she would gather her panties into a ball and try to suck my cock! Finally she made it! This coffee maker is a bit strange to use. The water heater stopped heating the water enough to brew coffee properly after a month and a half. With a 2 year warranty and a good month of use, Black & Decker is asking me to pay the shipping costs for a replacement. If that doesn't ruin your aspirin, I don't know what will!
