It's great that it can be adjusted according to my needs as an owner of my fleet or service provider to my customers; This allows me have complete command on what I need. The dashboard doesn't give enough detail which in turn creates doubts about functionality, accuracy etc., sometimes its difficult for novice personnel such as myself who has little background / experience with NextBlllion. Maybe include more features or options so everyone does not feel overwhelmed by all they want to utilize. We are implementing this software at our company (DMS) so that we don’t double up when sending data of our vehicles out into the cloud via mobile apps. Our goal is to ensure proper tracking for each vehicle as well as provide drivers real time reporting through their device. The team at next billion are very approachable and helpful. They have been responsive from the get go and will continue to be as we move forward. The platform has been easy to set up and work with and they continue to add features that make our lives easier. I can't think of any downsides so far! We've been using Next Billion for a few weeks now and there's quite a lot of functionality in place already. So far it seems like every feature we need is available, and the support is excellent.
