Simple pattern may not be true to size
I wear medium adult clothing but I'm 6 feet tall so I added 4 inches to the length. I kept the waist size. They ended up fitting my tiny 5ft 5in teenage daughter. My fault is that I should have measured everything better - so be sure to measure yourself and don't rely on the pattern measurements. This was VERY easy to do - this is my first time following a pattern.
