Came in tiktok on recommendation. I usually get sugared by a pro but I was trying to save money and gave this a try instead. Having done this many times, I understand the technique well, but this product is just impossible to use. The sugar should fall out immediately when you click it, but it didn't. I tried several times at different temperatures but nothing worked. It just left a sticky mess that didn't remove the hair.
