Worked well but broke on third use

Worked well first 2 times On third use the part that plugs into the iPhone came loose from the connector. The cable was for our car and was usable for a total of 2 hours before the third use. In general, I had the cable for exactly a month before it broke. It wasn't expensive, but I expected a little more staying power.
