ORIGINAL: The stars that I've given in each category are for when the ball is fully inflated. It doesnt hold air which is frustrating when you're 9mo pregnant with separating pelvis disorder and have to constantly pump the ball up with the manual pump. Maybe the ball I got has a hole in it but it's very frustrating.UPDATE: After talking to John - an account manager at Tumaz - he verified my order and sent me a replacement immediately! This was the best customer service I've ever received and to me that speaks volumes! I highly recommend any company that stands behind their products like Tumaz does!
