I like that it has an overview of each transaction with details about who made what purchase as well as when they did so. The software also allows me or my associates to go back into previous transactions if needed. Sometimes there are errors but we can correct these issues easily enough through their support team within minutes! There isn't much i dislike other than having some minor problems at times while using this system; however, customer service was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns which helped tremendously throughout our business operation especially during busy seasons such as holiday time periods where cash flow becomes tightest!!
