It's hard to get comfortable!
The materials that make up the belt are good. For me the way it was designed doesn't work for me. I even bought another nylon strap hoping it would work better. I really wanted to like this belt. Also due to the adjustment issues I had I would not buy again. I also think the belt is overpriced for what it is.
