Clever idea, but doesn't work in "real life". The device cannot stay in place with the slightest movement of the mask. The first time you put it on you can breathe! No material lies on your lips! But if it is misaligned even slightly, it can be positioned incorrectly and uncomfortable. When you take off the mask, even if you leave it attached to one ear or pull something else (from the nose). Just to be able to breathe freely, you might find that this thing is sticking out of the mask completely, one side is misaligned, or maybe just slightly misaligned. Then it takes time to retool the damn thing. While the concept is good, in real life it falls apart and is unusable. That's very bad too. I bought several orders to give to each of the paramedics in the office. Everyone was excited to try it and everyone put on their disposable masks at the start of the day, but no one had them in place by lunchtime.
