I like how simple it was to integrate my loyalty program into our website platform- so no additional software or third parties required for this integration - just point & click. The only thing that we dislike about frooAl is they have not implemented any marketing tools yet, as far as i know though their customer support team has been very helpful in resolving issues related to payment gateway set up etc.- but nothing else really. My main problems were solved by them when i had contacted their sales manager via email regarding some customizations which needed done before integrating our programs together. We are solving our problem of keeping loyal customers who come back often through giving out points each time when purchasing goods/services from us.
