Good fit, sturdy product

This stand meets my needs. The instructions were very basic (and the product itself is very basic) but I would have liked a little more instructions on how to install the stand. Each of the 4 plates has 14 holes (7 on the top edge, 7 on the bottom edge), for a total of 56 holes. but only 24 screws and anchors are included. Shouldn't we put a screw in each hole? I ended up buying Tapcon screws, so I didn't use the screws and anchors that came with it.
