DOESN'T EVEN HEAT
I definitely received a defective product - it's been plugged in for over 15 minutes and I can grab the tip and it's not even warm. When I opened the package, the glue stick was torn open and I found that odd. Now my guess is that this product was sent back because it didn't work and they just sent it off to the next idiot who ordered it. Complete nonsense and waste of time. Now I have time to return it and buy it from a store where I can see the seller.
