Metallic for the face. You oil your face and neck and then rub this thing in from the center to the edges. This should help with swelling but I haven't had this problem. I think it works? It comes with a roll. Seems silly to buy now that it's on my bathroom counter. The bag is pretty cool, you can hide my weed and cocaine in it. It also protects my smoking set. That's all.
