The security company we hired offered us $4,000 for an HID card printer. After a little research we found out that the Fargo DTC1250e was made by the same card manufacturer and at a much lower price. We first tried printing to our original blank HID clamshell cards but found this printer to be incompatible. After a quick call to tech support, they helped us identify the new, thinner version of the HID ISOPROX cards as a suitable upgrade. Once we received the new cards, printing on the DTC1250e was seamless and works great with the easy-to-use BODNO software. The pack we purchased contained blank cards to help us practice our new ID cards. Overall a great package and excellent value for money.
