I've never used an epilator so I was careful. It doesn't hurt as much as I thought, but I have to get used to it. An epilator works best on certain lengths of hair. For example I tried it on my legs after 4-5 days of growth and it didn't seem to be able to catch the hair. As another reviewer mentioned you have to go through it again if the hair is too long but honestly I think it's suitable for this type of hair removal. This is a great 3-in-1 device that includes an epilator, shaver and callus remover. Works well. Seems to hold a charge well. Sturdy (I once bought a callus remover that literally fell apart the first time I used it on my heels). Comes with USB charging cable and head cleaning brush.
