The customer service is outstanding, they are always willing to work with you if there's anything that can be done better or more efficiently by them for your success! Great team of people who know what their doing in Salesforce development/adminstration but also how it applies well into other areas such as marketing automation too which I love so much since we're solving multiple problems at once :) There isn't really any cons about working here - everyone has been very helpful throughout my time being associated wth this organization (more like family now). We have solved our lead funneling issues using Lead Cloud from rootcloud along side Pardot Marketing Automation platform allowing us ease off managing all leads through one central console rather than having 2 separate platforms cluttering up space / file cabinets etc.. Also allows me access when needed remotely while out-of office hours via mobile phone app without needing another contact person available around every moment just incase something comes across where i need assistance.
