PRO: Very bright large candle. CONS: It's heavy and so big it tipped over. I suppose if you have a very thick, stiffer frosting it will work, but I had a light fruity frosting and a lightly whipped frosting. I tried to push it in as far as I could so it didn't look ridiculous, but it fell anyway, and because it was close to the edge it pulled some of the icing off the edge of the cake. Second, sparkles fall off everywhere. I know the name says "glitter" but I was expecting some kind of sealant to keep them from falling off. It ended up on my fingers, on the cake, and probably in a lot of tummies. It's not toxic, but I definitely didn't want to serve glitter to other kids. Save yourself the headache. Choose another option.
