On paper the backpack looks great, it has a few features that stand out better than others. however, there are problems. 1 Side pockets placed high on the sides blocking the zip and access to the bag 2 The handle and plastic on the top make it difficult to access things in the bag as the top of the bag does not fold 3 The overall size is a 19 Inches stated but compared to 16 inches with pockets they look the same size, the extra few inches are in the base, wheels and feet4, the 2 zipped compartments just don't open well, they are deep and thin what the Things at the bottom of the bag affect bag difficult to reach. Overall the bag works and has a good handle, wheels, case etc. I just can't recommend it due to the flaws.
