I love everything about this pillow! I would like to start off by waiting a month after sleeping on this pillow to write this review because I really wanted to make sure it was consistently giving me the same great sleep as the first few nights I had , and that was for sure . I chose not to remove any of the pads and I feel it gives me great neck support. I no longer need a pillow under my pillow at night. The pillowcase is great too. I really like the cooling side and how it helps me stay cool and comfortable at night. I would definitely buy again and I'm not trying to sound like a salesperson here, but neither should you.
