This is an incredible camera designed for photographers like me. I carefully researched the mirrorless system I wanted to upgrade to from my Nikon DX system and initially identified the X-T2 as my dream camera. I was pleasantly surprised by the release of the X-T20 (and its price) in January this year. It has everything I dreamed of in the X-T2 (+ focusing with the touchscreen!). However, the video is still excellent and now I might even be more inclined to take advantage of this feature. I would have been happy about the weather protection, but I opted for the 3-year accident protection instead and I feel great. ) and has the same manual dials which I like with perfect resistance. I love shooting on film and I think the XT systems really capture the feel of shooting a film DSLR in a compact mirrorless camera, right down to the sound of the mechanical shutter. I particularly like the use of the kit lens' focus ring as an aperture wheel and the endless customization possibilities of the buttons. I set mine up to be as close as possible in functionality to my LX100, so my learning curve was short and it felt instantly familiar. USB charging: life-changing. I love "film" settings and literally just discovered a setting that can be used for *in-camera* double exposures, which is one of my favorite film tricks. The menus are mostly intuitive, but there were some options that felt a little hidden or difficult to find, such as B. the function "shoot without lens". A woman with very small hands, this camera still looks tiny when I hold it in my hands. I ordered a thumb grip to make it easier to hold with one hand. However, I like the compactness and am an avid traveler who hates being weighed down by my heavier Nikon gear. I feel like I can throw this camera, wide-angle lens and portrait lens in a backpack for hiking and be fine, which I never would have thought with my current system. I would recommend this camera to beginners and professionals alike. Sagittarians are the same. If you're a film buff and want to be just as passionate about your digital camera, the X-T20 captures that magic. If you're tired of lugging around your DSLR and its larger lenses, consider this sensor's image quality (and Fuji's incredible glass line). Even if you're not one of those things, take a closer look at this camera. The only thing that disappointed me was how Revain shipped the camera. I opened the giant box and found that the camera box was just floating free with a piece of brown paper (see photo). I cringe at the thought of it rattling there and have my fingers crossed that the rough ride doesn't damage any of the innards. I was really shocked as I order most of my life from Revain and have never dealt with packaging.
