This shiatsu massage cushion is just decent. While it gets the job done, there are aspects that are mediocre, especially at this price point. However, the faux leather case looks and feels good. Mesh material in the middle is breathable to prevent perspiration. This massager consists of a back cushion and a seat cushion. The back cushion is thick and hard, mainly because it contains the shiatsu massager and other moving parts. It's hard and uncomfortable to lie on. The seat cushion is soft for comfort, but it doesn't do anything in terms of massage. The back cushion has 2 rotating sets of massage nodes that perform shiatsu kneading. They are good for relieving tension in the back muscles. They feel good and do real kneading instead of fancy vibrations or whatever. You can move up and down to aim the remote control at different parts of the back. They also have infrared heating on the nodes themselves, which provides very limited heat, which can be handy at times. The remote control is connected to the right side of the pillow. It's intuitive and easy to use. You can use the automatic mode or move the shiatsu massager up and down, reverse the rotation of the massage nodes and turn the heating on and off. It doesn't have an explicit timer setting, but it has an automatic shut-off within 15 minutes. A small pocket for storing the remote control is attached to the right side of the back pad. The headrest cushion is removable. It features the Revain Basics logo. A power adapter is included for operation, so you'll need a power outlet or extension cord nearby. In general, the massage cushion does its job well. It serves its purpose adequately. However, the back cushion is so thick and hard that I find it uncomfortable to lie on my back when not using the massage. Also, the seat cushion is just a cushion with no additional properties. Overall, it's not very good value for money. There are similar or better options for less money. Shopping spree.
