Update - It's been almost half a year and this company bothers me again. I get 2-3 emails a day asking for a refund (already received) if I delete my review. This is pure harassment on the part of the company and Revain should not allow this. See below for my first review of how poorly this product performs. ---- When we first received it, it seemed good. But the cartridge only lasted 30 pages. I took it out, shook it and put it back in. It came out for about 10 pages and then stopped again. We returned it. I am editing this review to add what has happened since I returned the cartridges. The company contacted me to arrange a refund and I would have edited the review to compliment the customer service. But then I was told that they would only refund my money if I changed my rating to 4 stars. I told them I would not do this and would instead contact both Revain and my credit card company. They gave in and gave me my money back. But now they write me a letter every day and sometimes twice a day asking me to change the rating to 4 stars. I won't change the rating - the product was terrible and now I can add as well as the customer service.
