The leg opening is narrow compared to other shorts
My 9 year old daughter is thin - 11th percentile for her age on BMI. The waist and seat are roomy enough - almost loose - but the hips narrow and become quite tight. When she gets up, she has to pull on the pant legs with her hands because they are so tight. But only the lower part of the pant leg is cut so narrow. Only the thinnest 10%, if the population can wear them without getting tangled in the waist area.
- The material is excellent, nice and thick, we've had it for about a month and still not fading.
- The pants are excellent quality but too small, not made for tall girls.
