I ordered two of these and would put 2.5 if I could. I bought the first set (with black cable ties) and I really liked it. The parts are connected perfectly, I used zip ties but it was so secure that I was literally able to easily assemble the entire configuration without worrying about it falling apart or parts of the connector falling off. If I had only bought this one set I would probably give it 5 stars because it's great and perfect for my needs. However, I am raising kittens for my local shelter and sometimes I need to separate kittens or have different sized groups so I bought a second set so I have plenty of customization panels. The second set is NOT PROVIDED (came with transparent zippers). The connecting pieces don't fully snap into place, don't worry about using a hammer you wouldn't even be able to eat the crab. I had my big metal hammer and couldn't get the pieces to stay broken. They would just fall off or fall off. Of course I had to use zip ties with those crappy connectors, but zip ties aren't very suitable for this scenario. Even if I moved the device an inch or so, some of the connectors fell off. Overall, if I had gotten the second set first, I would return it and not buy a second one. Unfortunately due to the dimensions I'm stuck with a crappy second set as it matches my first set. The description says the quality has been improved but either the quality is changing or they have crappy old kits lying around and you don't know what you're getting. I am VERY dissatisfied with the second set. However, it is also very light when assembled. This is normal for me as all my kittens are less than 2 pounds and he doesn't move no matter how much they wrestle or grope him. If they somehow managed to move it, I'd probably just use some rocks to hold it up because, again, I'm only catching small kittens. Definitely not suitable for heavier or stronger animals. Edit to downgrade it to one star: I noticed that the second set doesn't come with center bezel holes like the first set for safety reasons. I've had kittens run around like crazy and had to poke holes in the middle (where they escaped) to attach the zip ties and I'm sure this will negatively impact their longevity. I'm seriously disappointed that the second set is so inferior to the first and I wish I had a crappy second set first so I'd just return them. The second set does not match the seller's description at all and is a cheap fake. So I'll probably have to get rid of them and buy a new set from a different brand to use on my adopted kittens and those two sets were $80 wasted. I would STRONGLY advise against purchasing as there is a chance you may receive a crappy not as described fake that does not hold together rather than a new and improved one as per the product description.
