This knee brace is awesome! It is inexpensive and works so much better than the padded stabilizer I was given at the hospital! I am of short stature, but I ordered an XXL (yes, 2 XXs). I have rugby legs LOLTake your thigh measurements and add a size because it will be much more comfortable to wear. The knee brace is breathable, so it won't smell so much over time. The silicon padding is great for supporting the patella area, and the metal braces on the sides help with offloading. I have a 200-dollar knee brace I am using as my primary, but while I am sitting around the house, I am using this one. It's definitely worth getting for anyone with a knee injury, more specifically, an ACL tear.
