good vibrating platform.

i do like the eilison jumbo vibrating platform.it will jiggle whatever and wherever you wiggle.lol.however.i would like a manual.i would like to get full use of this item.such as.knowing how to adjust the speed of vibrations, learn how to adjust settings etc.i would like to turn blue tooth announcement off.very annoying.please use strong metal clasps for exercise bands attachments.made of plastic.one of mine snapped and broke.
