I liked the way they took care of all my needs. The support team was very friendly and always willing to help. They can be a bit pricey for some people. If you're looking for a reliable company then try them out. There's nothing much to dislike about their products or service. In fact, they've been so amazing at what they do. It was not easy switching over from another provider but with the right preparation, everything went fine and we were able to move over. The customer service provided by this agency was excellent! They were willing to go above and beyond for our business needs when we needed it most. I would highly recommend working with them again in future projects or endeavors if you are looking for excellence in your support team! As far as my experience goes, they did exactly what their contract stated- great communication skills (both written and verbal), fast turn around time between project milestones/deliverables.
