Bottle of good size and easy to use; The one-way valve works well and doesn't leak even if you accidentally leave it open for a while. When properly attached, the "bounce" of the bottle is kept to a minimum and does not bother. The zippered pocket easily stores enough protein gel or small energy/refill bars. Also great for storing your phone and keys when you don't want to use a bracelet or carry it in your pockets. Too much filling makes the bag visibly bloated, so your hand could hit it while running, so it's best to pack only the minimum. Fastens securely and once tightened the ends of the straps are kept neat and tidy with small ties that prevent them from dangling. All in all a pretty nifty product - glad I bought it.
