Rough watch back

The ends of the strap where it bends near the watch on the back of the strap are hard and rough (see picture). scratched my hand I took some sandpaper and smoothed out those edges and that worked, but you don't have to. Other reviews also mention this problem. The rest of the strap looks gorgeous with quality materials. Update: After a week of wearing I changed the strap and will no longer be using it. I really liked the look, but it is uncomfortable to wear.
