I love this pillow. Having slept with an old pillow that was rolled and tied around the ends that kept getting flat and shifting and opening, I'm just glad I found this. I didn't even know these things were made! I was actually looking for decorative throw pillows and eventually one of these pillows popped up. I started reading reviews from different manufacturers and this one had the highest rating. It was packaged in a little bag and came out flat and a bit lumpy, but damn it bounced back to its proper shape quickly! I was surprised. Instructions said it could take up to 48 hours to regain its shape and could smell and release air. In fact, it regained its shape within half an hour and had no smell. It provides perfect support under my knees when I sleep on my back and between my legs when I sleep on my side and stays in shape all night. It stays where I put it. My doctor many years ago recommended sleeping with a pillow under your knees to relieve back pain, but that old rolled-up pillow just didn't help. I am absolutely satisfied with this pillow!
