I bought these for under cabinet lighting in my poorly lit kitchen and I LOVE them. It comes with a set of brackets with screws to attach them to, but to be honest it was too hard and my cabinets couldn't support the screw on the bottom. The adhesive pads that are already on the headlights are really good, much better than the last set of headlights I put there. It works because they are very light. Once or twice I had to change the position of the light and I lowered the light. It was very hard and he tore off the adhesive pad. I just had a little velcro on the squares which I used to tape them under the cabinet and it worked like a charm. Now I can take them off anytime. I've ordered 3 more for the rest of the kitchen and am looking for other places to place them like my cabinets.
