Bad product. When I opened the package, the first thing that came out was a strange or from there. It smelled strangely of something like fish. I followed the instructions to tee off and watched the video. After installing the chip correctly and inserting the cartridge into the printer, the message "Level unknown" appeared on my desktop and nothing could be printed. While trying to save about 50% would be nice, I haven't had any luck. Generally: a strange smell and the cartridge does not work. I have already requested work to send it back.
