Powerful lenses but oversized

I bought these for my son and he has found that they reduce the amount of blue light he gets from the screens he is looking at. The problem he is having and why we are returning them is that the hinge is preventing him from putting his glasses on his nose. Since the hinge allows the lenses to be raised, we're considering other options without this feature.
