True to size. I wear Med in women and ordered a small as the size was for men. that has to be determined. Feels very soft inside. Excellent material and quality. The seller - was great, I first ordered the drug for myself and XL for my husband (I decided I would upsize for him just in case the sweaters didn't fit well). Emailed the seller and asked to change it to a small one. The seller responded very quickly and sent me a small one (fits perfectly!). The sweaters fit true to size so I had to return my husband and re-order the large one. The return went without any problems.
