Perfect for my BlackComb water purification system. However, I wish these lamps were not so expensive. The reset key came with a lightbulb which is a plus. However, my research on the effectiveness of UV in water treatment was a little interesting and I couldn't find any tests that definitively or otherwise prove that this type of water treatment actually works as advertised. In general, in order to kill and purify water or other substances, the water or surface must be exposed to the right type of UV radiation for at least 30 seconds or even longer. So the question arose, how can this really work when the water flows through the pipe past this lightbulb, how efficient can it really be?
