Purchased after endless and unsuccessful searching for a suitable under seat carry-on for a trip that attaches to my rolling suitcase. I don't know why so many companies don't take advantage of adding a luggage strap to the back of bags, but they don't, and if they do, they're not very good bags. I keep this strap in the small front pocket of my luggage and take it out to use with any bag or smaller bag on my trolley. That's great. I've even tucked pillows and tote bags over the top of my trolley and this strap will hold anything old in it as long as it's big enough not to slip through my handles.
