I have used these hand and foot masks several nights in a row before bed. I held them for about 30 minutes, took them off and crawled under the covers. After the 3rd night in the morning my hands and cuticles were as dry as before. My legs looked maybe 15% better. Don't waste your time and money buying them. I usually like Aveeno products but this one does nothing for your skin. The solution in the gloves and booties is watery and doesn't moisturize at all. Instead, you can use something with oils or cream.
