First stroller arrived 2 weeks later than expected, after putting it together we found an entire side support was bent causing the seat not to fit properly. After three weeks of trying to get back with Revain and UPS, my 9 month pregnant wife was taken to a UPS location with a shipping label. After 2 weeks I got my money back. I ordered the same stroller and two pieces are missing! I tried to contact Greco directly but there was no reply.
