The ease of use for our staff, it's ability to integrate into other systems and its flexibility in terms of customizing what you need. I would like more training, but overall very happy! We've been able to implement this system quickly and easily without having to hire an expensive consultant or spend countless hours learning how to customize something ourselves. Our department has increased efficiency dramatically by being able to track all activity within one location instead of several spread out across the organization. This helps us keep better records of who does what, when they do it, where they did it, etc. It also allows anyone that needs access to see exactly what was done at any given time.
