It's so soft! And thick fabric. This is a good quality fabric and yes it has a tag but I left it with no problems and no marks. I wore it with a strapless dress I wore to a winter wedding for extra coverage and it was comfortable and warm. It is so versatile that I can also wear it to work. Definitely worth your money!
