I have chairs in my possession that are currently in the disassembled stage since I am unable to put them together due to physical limitations. I sent an email to the Amazon customer care service, providing a detailed explanation of what had taken place and included a picture. They assured me that they would assist, but in reality they were powerless to do anything. They transferred my claim to the seller and assured me that the vendor will get in touch with me, but the seller has not yet done so. It's been more than a week, and nothing has changed! Unfortunately, after I had already made my purchase, I checked the remarks left by other customers, and several of them had the same scenario! If you do decide to make a purchase, please heed my warning and steer clear of this store because it sells a lot of expensive and pointless components.
