Review on Smartphone Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite 6/128 GB, midnight black by Stanislaw Kosciukiew ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

I bought this smartphone a long time ago, back in 2022 in black (and it seems to have a beautiful purple hue) at 6/128. Ever since the first day, I couldn't take my eyes off it. It is very convenient, compact, can do a lot of things, and most importantly, it did not let me down in work. Then I studied at a university and there was a moment when I managed to send a diploma for anti-plagiarism from it and correct it before that in order to go further to the defense! Of course, I could attribute the MIUI firmware to a minus, I do not argue with the guys who delved into it. However, nothing bothered me, there is advertising, but I didn’t really see it. Yes, she was in games and in folders she threw me a suggestion from applications that did not interest me. But somewhere else, I did not notice. Or I just have not yet come across what knowledgeable people write about. The battery, of course, is already making itself felt, quick charge saves in this regard. Otherwise, I will say that I still love this smartphone. It runs like a Swiss watch, still performs heavy tasks, I only play it at home to spare the battery. It’s bad, of course, that there are no ates since the 19th or 20th year, but I tried mi11 lite 5g ne, you won’t notice strong changes, except perhaps in the filling (Although this new 11th I would have scolded sooooo much because of the sensor, because It turns on constantly. And for the oled screens of new models that do not want to be particularly treated for shims and other problems, even with dc dimming. But mb 12 will be better - everyone has high hopes). Would I recommend taking it in 2022? I find it difficult to answer. On the one hand, everything is enough for you, but since There is really no support anymore, except perhaps a fan one with their chips for firmware, then I think it's not worth it. It is better to look at something new, but this will be really difficult, given the two main problems that I described above (and perhaps someone will highlight even more). But this mi8 lite model deserves my maximum praise. When I can really proudly say that xiaomi then made the top for their money. And it cost like then 14-17k, if I'm not mistaken, even depending on the operative.

Pros
  • The phone is as top-end as possible, especially when it came out (namely, in 2022). - The camera is great. Of course, in the dark or in low light, it may not show top shots, as many might expect, but the main and front cameras shoot perfectly. Although it supports 4k 30fps, you yourself understand how it worked in those years, and even now it has not changed much even on new models. - It runs quite a lot of modern games, although not everything is perfect (the same pubg or genshin impact will naturally lag and barely work, but the same call of duty pulled quite well). However, if you just need to stick to cards, sudoku or something like that, then it's completely enough. So, you shouldn’t really count on top games either, even though they work. The smart itself is ideal for surfing the internet, simple correspondence, watching videos, etc. - The IPS screen conveys colors well, the eyes did not get tired, no problems. I didn’t wear the film, the dust began to clog under it and the front camera began to shoot dully (at first I was scared, even a year had not passed then, after all, and then I took it off and walked for several years without problems, everything returned and no turbidity). The screen itself is strong even without a film, but here, if I'm not mistaken, it's not a gorilla, but just tempered glass. I dropped it several times, and even in a fit of emotional play, I hit it right - no problems, I withstood everything! - Works fast even in 2022. - The proximity sensor works great, but it happens sooooo rarely when it cuts in during a conversation. But I have had no problems with it for almost 4 years. It was not even clear what affected these inclusions a couple of times. You can speak comfortably on your shoulder. - Speaker sound works well, loud so far. - Quick charge support (charges in half an hour). Here I noticed a separate fumes. If the brightness is at a minimum, it charges faster, but when you change the brightness to medium, it discharges faster. And if, on the contrary, you charge at medium or high brightness, it works longer. I don't know why, but there is such a thing.
Cons
  • Main cons: - There is no NFC, but then it was not so important to me, and now there was no particular need, but still it is important for many. - Battery charge. Of course, I am one of those people who did not do any fraud with the MIUI firmware, did not remove the excess on the advice of w3bsit3-dns. Com and not only. But from the moment of purchase, in the second year of operation, the charge began to hold weaker. But for a day, if you do not play, it will be enough. Especially if the brightness is reduced and used for periodic correspondence, listening to music in the subway (Let's say, from university / work and home. And vice versa). And do not forget to optimize the battery in the settings so that the function cuts down everything (although even if you remove autorun, it shows that they work after a while). And the prily themselves are completely closed, and not stupidly turned off. - The presence of a headphone jack. For me, this is not critical, because. I've been sitting on wireless since I bought it, but it's still important to many. However, in defense, I’ll say that there is an adapter for this case (and not only, they also gave a silicone case, flimsy, but still used). But if you want to listen to music and charge, then it will not work. This will only work with wireless. - It happens sometimes, if you write quickly, then your application may collapse. No idea how he manages to catch it, but sometimes it happens.
