First, people who complain and say not to buy should understand that not all babies are created equal. Just because it doesn't work for your child doesn't mean others shouldn't buy and try it. This risk exists with every product. And I'm very glad I ignored these reviews and tried this. My son is 11 months old and it was a nightmare related to his cradle. He wakes up all night itching non stop, putting him to sleep is a nightmare because he itches so much so I decided to buy a duo of cradles. After one wash I saw significant results. I didn't have to do much either. 3 pumps, massaged in, 1-2 minutes left and almost all cleared. His sleepyhead was such that it oozed and smelled, and after a wash it helped. I applied the cream and washed again with soap the next day and what was left was gone. I have reapplied the cream and will use it until it's gone but my goodness it worked wonders and I didn't even have to brush it like I have for months. Forget baby oil and comb care. I've been doing this for months and it's come and gone with Mustela, I mean man. I should have tried it this way before! Well worth the price and if it doesn't work stop complaining and send it back.
