Some reviewers report that it's different than what you buy in regular US stores three times more expensive. I find them comparable in every way and at a great price. But I've found that the durability and smoothness of sensor replacement leads - whether purchased from Revain or a US retailer - have diminished compared to what they made a few years ago. However, they are perfectly acceptable for my needs and are currently the only cartridge razor that does a good job of shaving the base of the beard. Other newer models use three blades and I have a very hard time seeing the edge of my beard to form smooth lines.
