I have been working with crank since 2015 helping build out their customer experience management (UX) platform from scratch using an agile approach - not many people are comfortable doing so! The team is very passionate about solving problems in new ways while remaining flexible enough to learn what works best after launch; they also make it fun along the way by throwing ideas against each other during development sprints which helps keep morale up high throughout our engagements together. Their product roadmap has always aligned well wth ours but sometimes there were some minor issues when putting items through governance where things could be approved faster if more information was provided upfront versus waiting until post-sign off approval stage. Customer Experience Management tooling for large retailers like ourselves who want complete control over how customers interact digitally within BtoB & BtoO environments including self service portals / chatbots etc.. Our goal being greater transparency.
