I bought these on purpose as I have sensitive ears and titanium shouldn't be a problem. I have a double piercing and a curl (on the top of my ear), I cleaned them and wore them through each piercing for a day. I'm giving them 2 stars because they look good (I was the smallest size) so my ears didn't look crowded. but they were red and painful when I took them out. I haven't worn anything since and I'm still getting my skin back to normal. Even the spiral was red, which is usually the least of your worries.
